       FBA building panels have been designed by registered professional engineers, structurally and fire endurance tested and certified by an independent, third party quality control agency. This assumes a uniform, high quality product that meets or exceeds all National Building Code requirements. The panels are also backed by a lifetime warranty against delamination or defects.

TESTING RESULTS:
 FBA panels were submitted for testing to PFS Laboratories in Madison, Wisconsin to obtain our BOCA research report. The results were rather impressive.

COMPRESSIVE LOAD TEST: The panels withstood 10 tons of pressure! "The design load for the panel is 8,505 pounds. The panel sustained load levels 2.35 times greater than the design load without failure evidenced."

TRANSVERSE LOAD TEST: The panels withstood over 6,000 pounds of concrete stacked in layers over the surface of the horizontally supported panels. This equates to about 200 pounds per square foot.

IMPACT LOAD & CONCENTRATED LOAD TESTS: The panels successfully passed all of these tests without any evidence of failure.

SHEAR AND RACK TESTS: The panels successfully passed all rack and shearing tests. Load failure was not evident until a minimum of 5,400 pounds and a maximum of 6,200 pounds were applied.
